Boas, acabei de fazer o registo na
centrebet, so que fiz o deposito atraves de um cartão que nao me pertence, eis o k m enviaram:

It has come to our attention that a credit/debit card that is not in
your name was added and used on your account.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit/debit card details that are
not in the name of the
centrebet account holder. Therefore, we have
suspended this card on your account.
Before any withdrawals can be made from your account, please note that
the following information must be provided:
1. A photographic proof of identity for both you AND the cardholder (a
copy of your drivers licence, national ID card or passport.)
2. Signed back and front copies of the card in question, in conjunction
with any other credit/debit cards used on the account within the last
year.
3. The below CARDHOLDER PERMISSION FORM, hand signed by the cardholder
You can send this via email, fax or post. Please be sure to attach your
account number or username as a reference.
